Prints & Publications

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards via our payment processing partners Stripe and Paypal.

    Both Stripe and PayPal’s services are PCI Complaint and meet the strict standards of the Payment Card Industry. All transactions are encrypted and SSL protected.

    Full payment is required at checkout.

  • We take great care in packaging the works to ensure that each delivery arrives with you safely.

    All packaging materials are selected from specialist art shipping companies and are of the highest quality.

    Prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, rolled and packaged in heavy duty postal tubes for delivery.

    Some editions (such as those printed on cardboard) may necessitate flat-packing.

  • Prints and publications are normally dispatched within 2 days and shipping usually takes between 2 to 3 business days, depending on where you are based. On some items, such as new releases, dispatch may be at a later date. This will be noted on the products page.

    Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified via email that your purchase is on its way and provided with tracking details so that you can keep an eye out for your new Paco Pomet piece.

  • Damaged Items

    Please fully inspect your item within 24 hours of it being delivered. In the unfortunate event that it has been damaged in transit, please email us at returns@houseofpomet.com, including photo’s of the print / book and any other relevant information.

    We will contact you back within 48 hours with further instructions.

    Please note - damaged prints need to be returned in original packaging to House of Pomet before a refund can be processed. Where stock levels allow, we will strive to offer replacement prints when requested.

    Other Returns

    Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if you're not 100% happy with it and would like a refund. You can get in touch with us at returns@houseofpomet.com

    We are only able to process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with accompanying documentation enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity.

    Once we have safely received the artwork we will process your refund. ​​Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days of their arrival back to us. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.

    You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund. In addition we must receive the goods prior to any refund or exchange being issued.

  • If shopping on House of Pomet from outside of the U.K, please be aware that Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees can be incurred at the discretion of your country’s customs office, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

    These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to provide an estimate of these fees, however you may wish to check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

    If work is refused prior to being delivered, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any costs incurred for returning a package to us following a refusal of customs charges will be deducted from your refund.
