Paco Pomet at SC Gallery’s New Group Exhibition Erretratu

Bilbao based SC Gallery recently celebrated their 14th anniversary by opening their latest group exhibition ‘Erretratu’.

Consisting of 14 works, Erretratu aims to “mark a particular and subjective journey around the portrait”, with the paintings on display using contemporary portraiture as a means to “reveal a society subdued to speed”.

Paco Pomet is amongst 15 artists included in the show, with the aptly titled ‘Contemporary Portrait’, an oil on canvas measuring 60 x 70 cm, fitting the concept perfectly.

Other artists included in the show include Ana Barriga, Alejandro Bombín, Dan Witz, Eleanor Mc Caughey, Grip Face, Iván Floro, Julia Santa Olalla, Luis Candaudap, Mikel del Río, Nano Abia 4814, Pablo Merchante, Santiago Ydanez, Sebas Velasco and Victoria Iranzo.

Erretratu will remain open until 8th July 2022 and is well worth checking out if you can get to Bilbao.
