Paco Pomet at Estampa 2022

Three Paco Pomet works were featured in the My Name’s Lolita Art booth at Estampa Contemporary Art Fair in Madrid this past weekend, rounding off what has been a busy few months for the Granada based artist.

Estampa, organised in collaboration with IFEMA Madrid and now in its 29th year, has a focus on the ‘formation and stabilisation of sustainable collecting for a Spanish gallery scene that is constantly growing and changing’.

The 3 works by Pomet included in Madrid based My Name’s Lolita’s presentation were the magnificent ‘El Ardor’ (a standout painting from the recent Lucha de Gigantes tribute to Frida Kahlo), the surreal ‘Rearguard’, and ‘Amanecida’ - a breathtaking canvas that combines both the skill and humour and that the artist is known for.
